"Executive Monkeys" studied by Duke University

Sometimes academic researchers seem to spend their time in curious ways. Some researchers at Duke University have been studying "executive" monkeys and have discovered that their behavior is influenced by that of other executives, and not by subordinates. Here's a link to their actual press release. It certainly matches the behavior I've witnessed in humans. They probably tried to study humans originally, but found that they wouldn't eat the monkey chow.
